This rub is our first forray into flavors beyond salt and pepper.  Applewood Smoked Sea Salt, brown sugar, and coffee from Indy's own Hubbard & Craven's combine for a sweet, savory, salty flavor that is the best thing we've ever put on a pork roast.  It is amazing on chicken and steak as well, but equally wonderful on diced and roasted butternut squash and sweet potatoes!
