Easy Glazed Salmon

A salmon fillet, a light grind of Smoked Sea Salt, and a drizzle of maple syrup is a simple, but flavorful main course.  On the grill, in the oven, or in a hot skillet for those crispy edges, this combination of flavors is easy and delicious!

Roasted Squash

Dice up your squash of choice. Toss it in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and add Rub#1 to taste. Spread your squash onto a greased baking sheet and roast at 400 degrees until edges are dark and crispy, stirring every 10 minutes or so.

Drinks & Cocktails

Not just for food!  Applewood Smoked Sugar is amazing in an old fashioned, and on the rim of a margarita.  Smoked Spicy Salt is killer to kick up your spicy margaritas and bloody marys.  And the Smoked Cinnamon is incredible in some mulled wine or cider.
